Meet the Team Behind Pandora's Box
The summer of 2020 marked the inception of Pandora's Box. Our team formed through friendship, a mutual love for music and playing the guitar and naturally we wanted to create an amp that reflected that. Initially, we wanted to give users the flexibility to modify the circuits that are responsible for the sounds that come from an amplifier while exploring how different components can effect the character of the sound. We recognized that there is a strong following of musicians that modify circuits to take their sounds in a new direction and we wanted to create an amp that allowed users to do this in a safe, easy and informed manner. With that in mind, our group set out to design an amp that encapsulated our passion for electronics, computer programming, sound design and we have endeavoured to share that passion with others through Pandora's Box.
